RAGIN' CAJUN Team Tennis Classis
March 12th, 13th, & 14th, 2010
The University of Louisiana-Lafayette Men's and Women's Tennis Team invites you to participate in the "FUN"-"FUND"-raising event. THIS EVENT IS FOR PLAYERS AGE 21 YEARS AND OVER.
Friday Night Activities Include:
Music and beverages and an exhibition by the UL Players.
Other amenities & activities include T-shirts, free beer and margueritas, coffee, soft drinks. Lunch will be served on Saturday.
There will be a silent auction all weekend at Cajun Courts.
FORMAT: Team Play. Each team consists of three courts of doubles. Teams play on level:
Men: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5
Women: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5
You may enter with a partner and be placed on a team (if possible) or you may put together your own six (6) player team.
SITES: Ragin' Cajun Courts, Oakbourne Country Club, Red Lerille's, City Club at River Ranch, and Beaver Park.
ENTRY FEE: $50.00 per person / $300.00 per six player team - payable to UL Tennis.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Wednesday, March 10, 2010 or first 60 teams (whichever comes first).
DRAW AVAILABLE: Captains will be e-mailed on Thursday morning, March 11th.
Draws will also be posted on the web at Acadianacta.com. (If captains or team have no access to email, captains will be called Thursday morning.)
PRIZES: Individual awards to winning teams at each level.
